Issues with black/transparent borders seems fixed 🎉
I only tested with WPiOS app.

Small PR that fixes an issue where the border color for focused blocks were not being shown.
gutenbergPR: WordPress/gutenberg#17269To test:
Run the example app.
Select a block.
Check that the grey borders appear on the selected block.
If there are user facing changes, I have added an item to
RELEASE-NOTES.txt.
