Describe the bug
Selecting an unsupported block doesn't show the dialog prompt until after rotating the device or tapping to see the tooltip again. These could be separate issues however I feel like they are all related. If needed I can separate them out.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a post with an unsupported block
2. Select the Question mark help icon

Expected behavior
A tool tip should appear with information about the unsupported block.

Additional Notes

• Tapping the tool tip for a second time will make the tool tip appear
• Rotating the device will make the tool tip appear
  • Adding additional unsupported blocks will make create a tool tip dialog for each block. IE if I have 3 unsupported blocks I have to tap dismiss 3 times to get rid of them.
