Description
Describe the bug
When editing a link, exposing the link settings of an existing link is difficult. The cursor must be placed inside the link (at least 1 character inside the link). By default, the OS places cursors on the ends or beginnings of words on a single tap. We can improve the behaviour by allowing link settings to be accessed when the cursor is placed immediately beside the link.
To Reproduce
- Create a text link in a paragraph
- Try tapping on the link to expose link icon
- Notice that you cannot focus a link with a single tap
Expected behavior
Allow links to be focused when the text cursor appears beside the link which allows link settings to be exposed with a single tap.
Tested on iPhone X, iOS 13.3.1, WP 14.3
