Describe the bug
Gallery caption gets covered by another block border.

The weird thing is the caption is not covered each time you change the selection. In some cases it works as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add Gallery block
2. Add gallery caption
3. Start adding new block, changing order and selection
4. See that sometimes proceeding with above actions there is not enough space after Gallery caption and it starts to be overlapped by next block border

Expected behavior

• Gallery Caption does not covered by another block border
• Proper spacing after Gallery with caption is preserved

I have fix the padding according to this issue. However it seems there's still something wrong with the spacing for Gallery block.

The mentioned above issue was also in Image and Video block however overlap issue happens only for Gallery.
