Describe the bug
When a user closes and reopens a post with gallery uploads in progress, the progress indicators no longer update. This is related with: #1814.

To Reproduce

• Add a gallery
• Start uploading multiple images
• Close and reopen the post while the uploads are still in progress

Expected behavior
The images that are still uploading should display a progress indicator on top of the image.

Actual behavior
The progress indicator does not show.
Also, the local url does not update after the upload finishes, resulting in a persistent "failed upload" state.
