Description
In Quote block, pressing enter adds a new line but does not move the cursor to the new line

To Reproduce

1. Open Quote block with some content
2. Press Enter key on the software keyboard

Result: Cursor isn't on the right place

Expected behavior
Cursor should be on expected place

@mchowning tried to reproduce the bug, however he experienced the bug with a different scenario: when using bluetooth keyboard or the keyboard on my computer connecting through scrcpy (I’m not seeing it with the software keyboard)
