As brought up during code review here, we should refactor the code that does check when Aztec Android is out of synch with the JS side (due to BR cleaning procedures in Aztec) and write unit tests for it.

If we write good tests we can quickly check the logic added to the JS, that side must be in par with the Aztec logic.
