We need an initial set of templates for the Starter Page Templates project. For this, we will have two simple templates: About and Contact.

The content at this stage is not very important (it will be replaced by #1468), but we need to come up with the format and location to store them.

To test this, it would be interesting to make the sample content in the demo app another template and allow launching gutenberg with different ones, but a simpler, more manual, solution for testing these would work as well
