This PR updates the Gutenberg Mobile reference to include the latest changes included in v1.78.0-alpha1 and the fix released in version 20.0 via the Gutenberg Mobile version 1.77.1. This update addresses the issue spotted during the conflict resolution when merging back changes from release/20.0 into trunk (reference).

To test:
There's no change to test specifically, so smoke testing the editor should be enough.
