[Quick Start] - Reader task notice does not go away after navigating to other screens #18700
Description
Expected behavior
When navigating to other screens, the current task's notice should be removed from the screen
Actual behavior
For the Reader task, the second notice (to tap on the Settings icon) remains in view even after the user navigates to other screens.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Login to WordPress app and select to get Quick Start tasks (select Show me more on the prompt)
- Select Reader task (Connect with other sites)
- Tap Reader
- On Reader screen, tap on other tabs (e.g. Notifications, My Site)
- See that the notice for the Reader task is still in view
