Expected behavior

Focus points / blue indicator on Quick Start tasks shouldn't be cut off at any stage.

Actual behavior

When navigating to a different screen on Reader task and returning, the focus point is cut off:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Login to WordPress app and select to get Quick Start tasks (select Show me more on the prompt)
2. Select Reader task (Connect with other sites)
3. Tap Reader
4. On Reader screen, tap on Search icon instead of Settings
5. Return to Reader - See that the focus point is now cut off
