Accounts with active subscriptions cannot be closed (and the error messaging is not helpful) #17344
Description
Per ZD-4393104 (and at least one other ticket that I don't have the ID for), it's not possible to close an account that has a WordPress.com subscription associated with it.
The error from the server is: Error closing account: This user account cannot be closed while it has active subscriptions., but we just show the user a generic "Couldn’t close account automatically" and refer them to support.
