Expected behavior

The app should receive a notification when a post is made on an Atomic or Jetpack-connected self-hosted site makes a pingback back to a site the app is currently managing. The app does get a notification if the site is a Simple site.

Actual behavior

The app doesn't get a notification

Steps to reproduce the behavior

On the web:

1. Copy the link to a post on a site you manage (site must be public Atomic or Jetpack-connected self-hosted site)
2. Go to a second site and create a post, any title will do and the post body can be as simple as just the plain link copied above

On WPiOS:
3. Log into the app using an account that's an Admin of the second site above
4. Expect to receive a notification (wait ~1 or 2 minutes) about the pingback
5. Notice no notification is received

Tested on iPhone 11, iOS 14, WPiOS 8e71775 (which will land in WPiOS 16.3)
