Expected behavior

When tapping on the create site or add self hosted buttons the transition to the flows should be seamless with no delay

Actual behavior

After tapping on a button there is a delay between the flows that flashes the My Sites view for a split second

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Login to the app using an account with no sites
2. On the post signup/login welcome screen tap one of the buttons
