Allow user to clear all failed images and proceed with upload #260
Description
When the post contains failed images, we currently block publishing (all format bar buttons, in fact) and show a toast asking the user to retry or remove all failed images first.
We could instead show a dialog like on iOS, allowing the user to clear failed uploads and upload instantly:
