Includes a beta version bump and usual commits for final release. I also shortened the release notes in the xml and committed that. I am not sure how useful that commit is, especially since I committed after the release tag was created, but I guess at the very least, it'll keep a history of what we had to remove from the release notes due to 500 character limit.
