The reader detail (full post) view needs to be updated to more closely match the latest design used by the Calypso reader. Specific changes include:

• Sidebar/header containing gravatar & blavatar, author name, site title, and follow button
• Better handling of gravatars & blavatars
• Related posts should show two from the site and two from wp.com
• Remove single tag from the footer and show both the primary and secondary tags in the dateline
