My addition of Tracy to vcpkg was slightly flawed; I missed installing some key header files as seen at the end of this PR to vcpkg: microsoft/vcpkg#21826
I'm opening a fix for vcpkg directly: microsoft/vcpkg#22510
But wanted to make sure a fix was present upstream as well
