What happened?

When updating the firmware the browser can still show the previous version of the UI which can lead to errors or missing UI elements.

To Reproduce Bug

Load UI, update, reload without full refresh.

Expected Behavior

Ideally the cache would be cleared if there was a change but not otherwise.
