Disabling 1D particle system does not restore original/replaced 1D effects #5102

What happened?

When custom compiling with -D WLED_DISABLE_PARTICLESYSTEM1D several effects are missing: Fire 2012, Glitter, Rolling Balls, Starburst, etc.

To Reproduce Bug

Compile with -D WLED_DISABLE_PARTICLESYSTEM1D but do not include -D WLED_PS_DONT_REPLACE_FX

Expected Behavior

Effects are not missing.
