This adds headings for types of tests, and increases the heading level of each existing heading.
No text is changed, but content is reordered. (Playwright is moved up to be the first example in its section.)
Releasing this with 4.9 which is going to have changes to the Testing guide anyway, so this means only needing to update the page once for the translators!
