- Add details on Chromium's PulseAudio hardcoding and workaround strategy
- Document why MPRIS volume only controls HTMLMediaElement.volume
- Disable AudioServiceOutOfProcess to allow SetGlobalAppName to reach PulseAudio
- Call setDesktopName('sidra.desktop') for correct GetXdgAppId() lookup
