First, read the Docusaurus blog for version 3.8: https://docusaurus.io/blog/releases/3.8

In short, if you put experimental_faster: true in your Docusaurus config, then the @docusaurus/faster dependency should not be detected as being unused.

I'm going to skip the reproduction in favor of just opening a pull request. Will do that now.
