One of the popular plugins @vanilla-extract/webpack-plugin has stopped working since 5.99.0 version.

What is the current behavior?
Exports have gone / stopped working. Webpack reports that imported module has no exports.

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

Minimal repro https://github.com/plesiecki/webpack-5.99-repro.
And npm i webpack@5.98 fixes the issue.

What is the expected behavior?
Same build result as it's for 5.98.0.

Other relevant information:
webpack version: 5.99.0+
Node.js version: 20.19.1
