Proposed changes
The Appium service currently treats all stderr output as errors, causing the service to fail when Appium outputs warnings (e.g., driver version mismatch warnings).
The fix involves modifying how stderr output is handled during Appium process startup.

I also refactored the test mocks in
launcher.test.ts
to support the change from "once" to "on"
for the stderr listener, ensuring that tests accurately reflect the new behavior where multiple stderr messages might be processed.
