What happened?

Description: In wdio website GithubActions.md file "GithubActions" link is going to error page due to invalid link.
Steps:. 1. Launch URL - https://webdriver.io/docs/githubactions in any browser.
2. click on link - "GithubActions"
3. Observe that it is going to "https://docs.github.com/en/actions/getting-started-with-github-actions/about-github-actions#about-github-actions" and showing error page.

What is your expected behavior?

This link should be updated with working latest github actions link.
