What happened?

The setup for running TailwindCSS and PostCSS has changed, e.g. TailwindCSS needs to now be integrated via @tailwindcss/postcss.

What is your expected behavior?

The component test example for NextJS + TailwindCSS works again, see webdriverio/component-testing-examples@b32a1ff
