What is Rslint
Rslint is a linter currently under development for Rstack, and the repository is still private. We plan to make it public soon.
Summary
This PR introduces Rslint to enable type-aware linting rules. This improves the TypeScript code quality in Rsbuild and it also helps to validate Rslint’s capabilities.
