This reverts commit 7a8c8da.

Summary

Rspack v1.2.4 and v1.2.5 break unplugin, for example unplugin-vue-components in https://github.com/vant-ui/vant-demo/tree/master/vant/rsbuild

Revert the version before Rspack releases a new patch.
