TS client re-uses OpenAPI
RestoreConfigdirectly, so all it takes for enabling this feature is refreshing the schema.Unlike in Python and Java, the client does not do any extra fiddling-about with the config, so I decided not to add extra integration tests.
A large part of the diff comes from the OpenAPI schema changes pertinent to this PR and the Replication Ops.
