OpenJDK has a known bug that doesn't accept null keys/values into
Collectors.toMap().Since object properties (and, potentially, other values we receive from the server) may very well be null we need to work around that. This PR adds a simple
MapUtil.collect(...)helper to safely create Maps from Streams.
