[Bug]: term:theme option does not change theme properly #1066

Current Behavior
Screen.Recording.2024-10-19.at.3.28.09.AM.mov
Screen.Recording.2024-10-19.at.3.30.39.AM.mov
It seems to change only the color of background
Expected Behavior
All feature of the theme should be applied properly

set "term:theme" option
