Has this bug been raised before?

Describe your issue:

My username was "Zé Mané" with accents and file explorer would not find any desktop folder I'd try to open, displaying the username as "Z%E9 Man%E9" on the path.
I've managed to change my username folder and the app is working properly now (not easy https://www.elevenforum.com/t/change-name-of-user-profile-folder-in-windows-11.2133/).
Maybe add support for special characters? : )
