Describe your issue:

Hi,
I am encountering the following issue:
After installing new v2.3.0 and checking "Add to startup" in the menu, after the first reboot, ExplorerTabUtility shows in Win 11 Task Manager \startup apps, but with status "disabled" and is not automatically running.

It does work when I manually select "enable" in the Task Manager.

I did not have this issue with v2.2, nor 2.0.

I wonder if something changed or if I am doing something wrong.

I am attaching two screenshots.
