Describe your issue:

When trying to detach the This PC tab/folder, it doesn't separate but instead snaps back to its original position. If two This PC tabs are open, attempting to detach either one results in it closing completely. Tabs from other locations behave slightly better, though they briefly disappear before reappearing (as shown in the screen recording).
