Is this a unique feature?
Proposed Solution
I like the shortcuts to duplicate a tab or recover closed tabs, I like being able to create my own shortcuts to open specific folders, and I especially like that when I open the explorer from another program it does so in a tab, like when I open the downloads folder from the browser.
But I don't like that when I press Win+E it opens a tab (that's what Ctrl+T is for) and I also don't like that when I middle-click on the explorer in the taskbar it doesn't open a new window.
I would like to have the tab functionality, but I would prefer that if I middle-click on the taskbar or press Win+E (or any other shortcut), it opens a window instead of a tab. And to make it even better, it would be cool if you could create a shortcut or something that would make the current tab open as a window and automatically snap the two explorer windows to either side of the screen.

If "yes" to the above, please explain how you would technically implement this
