Regarding your comment, here's my update of PR 268 - Quadratic Funding Module.
Sorry about the inconvenience. When we started building the quadratic funding pallet the team information wasn't ready. Here are the changelist of this PR.
Thanks for the notice. Please let me know if there's anything else to update. The development of M1 is done and I will submit another PR of the M1 report to the milestone repo.
