As it says in the title, notices that pop up (like "issue created") are not readable in the light theme due to low or no-contrast text. The first line is completely invisible, and if there's a second line, it's very hard to read - I can rarely finish reading it before it disappears in fact. So it'd be nice if they stayed visible for much longer, too, or there was an option to set how long they stay for. Thanks!
