The spec is currently very inconsistent on describing the protocol type. We have "exchange protocol" which is supposed to be generic, but then we have a dedicated "issuance protocol" term.

Let's drop "exchange protocol" and just be explicit with "presentation protocol" and "issuance protocol".

Exchange is also a bit odd, as you're not "exchanging a credential".
