Maybe group cordova/capacitor under a "mobile" section. Also I think the note about the splash screen might be a little excessive unless it's only recommended when using vuetify. |

@DRoet The splash screen note is pretty important as otherwise it will take your app 3 seconds to load instead of a few hundred milliseconds. |

Added instructions on readme for using capacitor to make mobile apps. There wasn't an old template for it, but it seemed like a good idea to add it as many people prefer it over cordova. It is more modern and in my experience has less bugs.
