🐛 Bug description [Please make everyone to understand it]

When starting mineContext, there is a problem where it loads to 99% and then reverts to 10% and cannot be opened; then I found out that my local Chroma db is also using port 8000, causing the backend server of mineContext to fail to start, and there should be a logic for port automatic delay.
