- Replaces the deprecated `InitializePluginVersion` with `NewPluginVersion` from `packer-plugin-sdk`, which is the recommended approach in `version/version.go`. - Removed superfluous comments that are already included in the SDK. Signed-off-by: Ryan Johnson <ryan.johnson@broadcom.com>
