Warning
Support for VMware Workstation Player is removed in this pull request.
This is a breaking change and requires a major version release.
Removes support for VMware Workstation Player on both Linux and Windows.
References
As of April 30th, 2024 Workstation Player and Fusion Player are considered EOS (End of Sale). Users can now enjoy the full-featured versions of Workstation Pro and Fusion Pro which are now free for personal and commercial use.
