Describe the bug

Merging sharded test run fails to create the html report.
Since there's currently an open issue (#9642 ) silencing the error, I edited inside node_modules and found that the error thrown is:

Error: Cannot find environment for ...

Hope this helps pinpoint the issue

In the repro run npm run test:shard (while npm run test:ui also runs) then npm run test:merge and it fails
