Getting "Error: No test suite found in file ..." using basic test example #5772

I'm not able to run the most simple example possible, even when copying commands from tutorials.

I have seen numerous issues with "Error: No test suite found in file .." error being closed but none of them helped. Some of them mentioned problems with Windows but were "Closed".
