I didn't bump the version of the legacy plugin, but I believe the next step would be to make a new release to carry this out, since it's technically a bug fix at this point. |

It kind of worked! First successful release of vitebot in npm. But I had to commit by hand the changelog. But it is done @agriffis, thanks for taking care of this, check plugin-legacy@1.7.1 |

Now that the changes in #6272 have been released in Vite proper, the legacy plugin's peer dep needs to reflect that.
