In plugin-legacy, in the option additionalLegacyPolyfills, the paths must be global, and resolved by the node_modules path.

The problem is when the user wants to add a locally-made legacy polyfill.

Suggested solution

Allow to add relative local paths to the additionalLegacyPolyfills options.
