I don't quite understand which test is failing there Edit: nvm found it (TestRuleListFiltered), but I have no idea why and whether it has anything to do with my changes. My other PR #1079 also fails, on a different test in the same series. |

Adds all the vlan flags and the ingress and egress qos maps.
The flags are pointers to bools so that they can be modified individually without affecting other flags.
