Create a list of all options at the top of the page to make the option descriptions easier and quicker to find. Each list entry is a link to its corresponding description.

Reorders option descriptions in alphabetical order and adds a list of all options at the top of the page. This list is divided into the six logical groups. The options are listed in alphabetical order and they have links to their corresponding descriptions on them.
This PR is based on issue #422.
