The new initial screen comes with these improvements:

• Responsive, closes Dynamic grid layout #33
• Can select the player: avoids having to use --player X
• Always appears: avoids hacks like --api unknown to go back to the initial screen

Cons:

• Requires a bigger window size (600px height to 800px)
• Looks more complex
• Always having to see the initial screen might be annoying for some

Others:

• Disabled APIs are now always at the end
• More concise API/Player descriptions
• New API & player icons
